  Back to General

Change is inevitable; yet, 70% of change initiatives fail due to an inaccurate, ambiguous, or misdirected definition of change. Although the facilitation of change falls almost solely on management to implement, the more personnel knows about the procedures the more comfortable the process will be to understand/apply personally and professionally.  Exposing participants to six phases of change along with the top reasons why initiatives fail will support thinking and behaviors at all levels of work (entry to advanced). The presentation also contains materials to engage participants with real world scenarios, thought provoking videos, and opportunities to stop and process the content with suggested think time.
