Since the pandemic, the rules for dress codes have changed. Although many companies have altered their dress code expectations to be sensitive to personal and professional constraints, employers still need to be aware of attire etiquette. This webinar is designed to help those in the workforce understand how to distinguish between the different types of acceptable dress whether in virtual or in-person work environments. Participants will be exposed to real-world scenarios and tips on the best way to understand the varying work dress culture. Understanding the company dress code is the responsibility of the employer to communicate expectations and the employee to inquire if questions and/or concerns arise.
Objectives
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Identify the difference between popular types of dress code
- Determine how to distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate dress in the workplace
- Understand how personal preference(s)/belief(s) and company dress code may differ
