There are over 120,000 deaths every year due to workplace stress. As a result, it is imperative to provide information regarding stress to people entering into the workforce. This webinar is designed to help those employed understand how to identify several types of stress and along with a few tools to cope with workplace tensions. Participants are encouraged to have an idea of how to define stress, the ability to understand the characteristics of unhealthy work environments, think about how stress may contribute to overall health, and a curiosity of what coping strategies can help improve and/or manage one’s physical/mental condition; but, it is not required.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the several different types of stress.
