Quality Customer Service in the Workplace

  Back to Home

  Back to General

A 2019 Forbes article about customer experience statistics reported that, “Customers tell an average of nine people about a positive experience with a brand, but they tell 16 people about a negative experience.” Needless to say, poor customer service has a negative impact on the consumer experience, the businesses, the economy, and the employee. Providing a basic training for participants on how practicing quality customer service with colleagues and in client facing environments can help a person professionally and personally.  As a result, participants are encouraged to learn not only several types of conditions in which customer relations may occur, but also the characteristics to provide quality interactions.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to

1.    Identify the several different types of civic responsibilities.
2.    Understand examples of duties connected to citizenship.
3.    Determine civic responsibilities that are required at different stages of life.
