Administrative Fees

Announcement

UNT WISE is aware of an issue where a customer may add courses to their cart, pay, and receive a message stating they have successfully enrolled in those courses, but the courses do not appear on their Canvas Dashboard. Should this occur, please notify us immediately, and we will rectify the issue.

For Self-Paced courses, Job Skills Training, Director, the Autism Endorsement, and the Blind Premium Endorsement:

Refunds	Transfers

For Instructor-Led courses, Job Placement, Work Readiness, Supported Employment, and ACRE:

Transfer
Fee: $25.00

Transfer Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led and Self-Paced

If a student needs to transfer to a later course session, the transfer fee is required. Please see the table above for transfer requirements. Participants will be enrolled in the training, subject to availability, once full payment has been processed.

Expedited
Fee: $60.00

(Non-refundable)

Expedited Verification Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led courses only

The expedited fee allows instructors to grade students' assignments ahead of schedule, allowing early access to the final test, once all work is completed satisfactorily. Students will need to notify their instructor of the expedited request prior to paying the fee.

Reactivation
Fee: $20.00

Reactivation Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led and Self-Paced

If a student wishes to regain access to a course that is no longer in session in order to review materials or download past assignments. Reactivation is available only within one calendar year from the course's original start date, subject to availability, and access will be granted for a two-week period once payment has been processed.

Observation
Fee: $20.00

Observation Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led and Self-Paced

If a student wishes to regain access to a course that has been closed for more than one year. Observation access allows students to review course material as a refresher; however, assignments cannot be accessed or downloaded. Access under this option will also be granted for a two-week period once payment has been processed.
