For Self-Paced courses, Job Skills Training, Director, the Autism Endorsement, and the Blind Premium Endorsement:

Refunds Transfers
  • Refund requests made PRIOR to completing Module/Unit 5 are pre-approved
  • Refund requests made AFTER completing Module/Unit 5 require Director approval
  • Transfer requests made PRIOR to completing Module/Unit 5 are pre-approved and require the transfer fee
  • Transfer requests AFTER completing Module/Unit 5 require Director approval and the transfer fee

* A 1x courtesy transfer is available once per year, per student to be used for either a Self-Paced or Instructor-Led course

 

For Instructor-Led courses, Job Placement, Work Readiness, Supported Employment, and ACRE:

Refunds Transfers
  • Refund requests made prior to, or during, week 2 of the course are pre-approved
  • Refund requests made AFTER week 2 of the course require Director approval
  • Transfer requests made prior to, or during, week 2 are pre-approved and require the transfer fee
  • Transfer requests made AFTER week 2 require Director approval and the transfer fee

    Transfer Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led and Self-Paced

    This fee is required if a student needs to transfer to a later course session. Please contact UNT WISE at 940.565.4000 to confirm eligibility.

 

  • Expedited
  • Fee: $60.00

    Expedited Verification - Applies to Instructor-Led courses only (Non-refundable)

    This fee is required if a student would like their instructors to grade assignments and open the final ahead of schedule. Students must also notify their instructor of the expedited request. 

 

  • Reactivation
  • Fee: $20.00

    Reactivation fee - Applies to Instructor-Led and Self-Paced 

    This fee, plus the transfer fee, is required if a student would like to regain access to a course they completed that is no longer in session (limited to 1 year after the course end date). Please contact UNT WISE at 940.565.4000 to confirm eligibility.
