For Self-Paced courses, Job Skills Training, Director, the Autism Endorsement, and the Blind Premium Endorsement:

Refunds Transfers
  • Refund requests prior to completing Module or Unit 5 are pre-approved
  • Refund requests after completing Module or Unit 5 require Director approval
  • Transfer must be requested prior to completing Module or Unit 5
  • Transfer requests after completing Module or Unit 5 require Director approval

 

For Instructor-Led courses, Job Placement, Work Readiness, Supported Employment, and ACRE:

Refunds Transfers
  • Refund requests during Weeks 1-2 are pre-approved
  • Refund requests during Weeks 3+ require Director approval
  • Transfer must be requested during Weeks 1-2
  • Transfer requests during Weeks 3+ require Director approval


 
  • Late Renewal
  • Fee: $120.00
     

    (Non-refundable)

    This fee is required to have your late renewal application reviewed and processed.
 

  • Renewal
  • Fee: $60.00
     

    (Non-refundable)

    This fee is required to have your renewal application reviewed and processed.
 

  • Transfer
  • Fee: $25.00
     

    Transfer Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led and Self-Paced

    If a student needs to transfer to a later course session, the transfer fee is required. Please see the table above for transfer requirements. Participants will be enrolled in the training, subject to availability, once full payment has been processed.

  • Expedited
  • Fee: $60.00
     

    (Non-refundable)

    Expedited Verification Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led courses only 

    The expedited fee allows instructors to grade students' assignments ahead of schedule, allowing early access to the final test, once all work is completed satisfactorily. Students will need to notify their instructor of the expedited request prior to paying the fee. 
 

  • Reactivation
  • Fee: $20.00
     

    Reactivation Fee - Applies to Instructor-Led and Self-Paced 

    If a student needs to regain access to a course that is no longer in session, the reactivation fee is required. Reactivation is only available within one calendar year from the previous course's start date, subject to availability, once full payment has been processed.
