Providers may renew up to six (6) months before their expiration date, but no earlier per our policy. Renewal(s) must be completed before the expiration date listed on the UNT WISE Searchable Credential and Endorsement Portal. If you're unsure of your renewal requirements, please review our Credential and Endorsement Renewal Requirements page before proceeding.
UNT WISE will send a renewal notification to the email on file as early as six (6) months prior to you expiration date; however, it is your responsibility to review your expiration dates and complete renewal on time.
- Late renewals are not permitted for the Director Credential or Autism and Blind Premium Endorsements.
- A 90-day grace period applies to the Employment Services credentials per policy.
