As a provider, the Job Accommodation Network will help you save time, benefit you, and benefit your customers. What is JAN? Why should you learn about it? How should you use it? How would it benefit your customers? All these questions shall be answered within this course! AskJan.org is a great tool that was established back in 1983. It is a national, free consulting service that provides customiuzed, expert, and confidential guidance on job accommodations as well as disability employment issues. This course is all about accessing and navigating JAN and why it is such a great resource for service providers and professionals of all types.

About the presenters:
Dr. DJ Hendricks is the Director of the Center for Disability Inclusion at West Virginia University. She and her team operate the Job Accommodation Network Project. DJ has been working with WVU for the past 46 years and was on the first team that bgot the JAN project going, 40 years ago. She has taught both undergraduate and graduate-level statistics courses for more than 20 years as a Service Asociate Professor and has her Doctorate in Educational Psychology with a Master's in Statistics and a BSS degree in Statistics.
