*This course is intended for providers who are renewing their Blind Premium Endorsement. Eligibility is limited to providers who have successfully completed the Blind Premium Endorsement and are within the designated 6-month renewal period.
This course is self-paced and hosted completely online in the Canvas learning system. A score of 75% or higher on the Renewal Blind Premium Final Exam must be achieved to earn the renewed endorsement.
