The presenter will discuss the differences between Service, Therapy and ESA dogs. The presenter is also joined by their therapy dog. This webinar will address what questions can be asked of a service dog, what a service dog is, what a therapy dog is, and what an ESA is.

Objectives

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Distinguish between service dogs, therapy dogs, and emotional support animals.   
2. List 2 questions that a service dog handler can be asked.   
3. Identify places/businesses that allow public access to service dogs. 
4. Identify places/businesses that are except from public access for service dogs.   
5. Describe the steps of interacting with a service dog.

About the presenter:

Dr. Andrea Traylor has a PhD in public health. She's also been volunteering with various service dogs organizations for a decade.
