This webinar will explore imposter syndrome, a phenomenon affecting approximately 70% of individuals at some point in their lives. Although not classified as a psychiatric disorder, the feelings it triggers—such as self-doubt, negative self-talk, and lack of confidence—can resemble symptoms of anxiety or depression. Participants will learn to identify common traits and types associated with imposter syndrome, as well as practical strategies to overcome the rising occurrence. The session will emphasize the importance of positive self-talk, skill evaluation, and building a support network. Attendees will also be provided with resources, including a self-assessment tool, to help recognize and address these patterns effectively.
